Cam Laken's Suicide Blamed On Elleai D'Amore

She's talented, beautiful and on the rise - but recent developments in the mysterious suicide of 22 year old Cam Laken may place nineteen year old Elleai D'Amore in the center of a new criminal investigation.

University student Cameron "Cam" Laken left nothing but a half page goodbye note for his continuously grieving family, stating he had "nothing more to live for. I had some hope, but that hope is now gone."

Patrice Laken, 46 year old mother of Cam, told news reporters only days after the tragic event that she can "only sit around and try to figure this out. None of it makes sense to me, or to anyone."

Well now it does.

Patrice Laken vowed to never pack her son's bedroom away - a way of mummifying his memory. But in a recent bold move to transfer the family's landscaping business inter-state, letters to and from (a then virtually unknown) Elleai D'Amore were found hidden in a box inside the untouched bedroom.

The letters outline a one way relationship between Cam and Elleai, in which he had fallen inlove with her.

"Miss D'Amore did not appear to reciprocate these feelings," Sgt. Brenos Miltav told The Daily Reporter, "The new information is now being investigated. We do not feel Elleai is at fault and the death still remains a suicide."

Ninteen year old Elleai D'Amore, an established model and actress on the rise, declined to comment on the new leads in the Laken suicide.

Recent forums on the US Weekly website draw attention to a direct question - Why didn't Elleai speak up about Cam's emotionally unstable obsession?

It's apparent that she did, confiding in the eldest brother, 26 year old Matthew Laken, who became estranged from his family shortly after the tragedy.

"Elleai had asked Matthew to speak to Cam's family and gave him a copy of a letter Cam sent her, detailing threats that he would kill himself if she didn't want to be with him." Says a source.

The suicide of Cam Laken is still pending further investigation, although Elleai will not be prosecuted nor charged and is not undergoing questioning for any involvement in the death
